Delivery

Free delivery on orders over £50.

Please note we do not currently ship outside of the British Mainland. If you require international delivery, please contact us directly: shop@selbyabbey.org.uk so we can discuss arrangements. Restrictions will be in place on orders outside the UK. We will advise you on any restrictions when you contact us regarding delivery.

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class)

This service is calculated at checkout based on the order weight in line with Royal Mail delivery priced.

Our standard delivery service will usually be sent via Royal Mail, please note this option does not come with any tracking information.

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, however due to our small staff base deliveries may take longer. We dispatch orders on a Tuesday and Friday. Usual delivery timescale is 3 business days from the date of dispatch. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic some areas are receiving irregular mail. Please check the Royal Mail website for these areas and note that your delivery may be delayed due to these issues.

Click and Collect

Click and Collect is available for free from the Abbey Gift Shop. Orders placed before midnight will be available next working day from the main till in the Abbey gift shop between 10am and 4pm.

You will receive a confirmation email to confirm that the order is ready to collect. In the unlikely event that your order will not be ready in time we will contact you. 

Please bring photographic ID and a copy of your confirmation email (printed or electronic) when you collect your order.
